Rock of Ages

A Bohemian-style Pilsner – The original classic pilsner. Rich complex Czech malt balanced with the spicy floral bouquet and soft rounded bitterness of Saaz hops.

WAHRSAGER

Northern German Style Pilsner – Hoppy with a lean dry malt body and assertive bitterness. A modern German bred hop is used for enhanced floral aroma and bright flavor.

VAN HELLES

Munich Style Helles – The everyday beer of Munich and most of Bavaria. Clean bready malt with spicy floral hop aroma and mild bitterness.

EAGLE POWER

Vienna Style Lager - Introduced in 1841 this lager predates the pilsner. Brewed in the style of its inventor Anton Dreher, Vienna malt is used to create rich bready flavors with notes of toffee, while Slovenian hops lend soft floral character. Mild bitterness.

HORIMANA DRY

Japanese Style Light Lager - Brewed with rice to create an extra lean malt body and subtle sweetness, this lager is crisp and dry with a balanced hop character of herbal spice and lemon. Refreshing and clean.

4.2% ABV IBU: 15

AMERICAN TRADITIONAL

American Pilsner – Brewed in pre-prohibition style, corn is used to create a light drinkable body. Cascade hops are used to add a bright, citrusy, and distinctly American tone.

4.7% ABV IBU: 28

DEMON CRUSHER

Dark Czech Lager - Rarely brewed outside of the Czech Republic, this dark lager is dry and refreshing with deep flavors of chocolate and caramel. Traditional Saaz hops are used for classic aroma and rounded bitterness.

MECHANIX BEST

English Style Bitter 4.6% ABV, 22 IBU Inseparable from British pubs, bitters are a group of related beer styles that are not especially bitter. Mechanix Best falls into the subcategory of best bitter. Accented towards maltiness, this satisfying and soothing amber hued ale has nutty and dried fruit complexity of layered crystal malt, giving way to faint banana, citrus and gentle spicy hints of English hops. The finish is clean, tangy and dry. Bitters should be consumed by the pint over good conversation.

American Double IPA - Big Brother to our Gully Cat that is brewed with all of our favorite citrus hops. This beer is deceptively smooth and clean with wonderful grapefruit and blood orange crispness. Due to the high ABV and description above, there is a 2 beer limit on this one.

CRYSTAL SKULL

American Pale Ale - Vibrant and refreshing with bright flavors of Meyer lemon and orange blossom.

5.0% ABV IBU: 40

TONBO

Japanese Rice Ale - A refreshing effervescent ale brewed with rice and the lightest European barley. Rice adds subtle sweetness and soft coconut character, while low kilned barley lends the perfect amount of body. A blend of hops shines through to create bright aromatic thirst-quenching flavors of pineapple, berry and melon.

BLACK MAIZE

American Stout - Dark, rich stout brewed with flaked corn and citrus hops creates a rich smoothness with coffee and dark chocolate notes.

5.8% ABV IBU: 35

HOLZFALLER

Dusseldorf Style Altbier - INdigenious to Dusseldorf, Germany. Altbier is an ale fermented at a lower temperature. This copper/bronze ale has creamy rich malt flavors balanced with the floral spice of noble Hallertau hops. It has a light fruitiness and flavor of faint sweet pear. Although not traditional, a small amount of dry hop is added for an enhanced hoppy aroma and swift dry finish.

RANGEMASTER

Deep amber ale with a smooth malty finish provides light caramel and molasses undertones.
